Our Pet Urgent and Emergency Care Services
Chase Oaks Animal Clinic accepts walk-ins for pet urgent and emergency cases. However, we kindly request that you call ahead to alert us of your pet’s situation. This allows us to prepare for your pet’s arrival and ensure they receive prompt care upon arrival at our clinic. Once your pet arrives, we will perform a full assessment, including any necessary diagnostics like blood work or X-rays, and devise a treatment plan immediately. Please note, if your pet has life-threatening issues, we may refer you to a 24-hour emergency hospital to ensure they receive the continuous and specialized care they need.
After-Hours Pet Emergency Care
For emergencies that occur outside of our regular business hours, we recommend contacting the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County at (214) 547-9900 or your nearest 24-hour veterinary clinic.
