We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving the lives of pets and the people who love them.
POSITION: Associate Veterinarian
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop an efficient, productive veterinary medical team that provides the highest quality care and service to pets and clients; prescribe and administer preventative care for the wellness needs of pets; diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of pets; educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs, and other related information; ensure the safety of pets, clients, and team members by utilizing safe restraining techniques, and following standard protocols; complete and maintain medical records; effectively communicate diagnosis and treatment plans to the veterinary medical team and clients; perform surgeries; ensure all practice policies, protocols, and quality assurance guidelines as well as local, state, and federal laws are followed.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas state Veterinarian License.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
- 5 years of experience.
